Gain name recognition now with the future leaders of the Information Science field. Each academic reception sponsor will receive acknowledgement in the final Program Book, listing in the Meetings App, and listing on signage at the door. Academic institutions sponsoring the Student & Alumni Reception will have the opportunity to share materials during the reception. Each sponsor will have a 6’ draped table around the perimeter of the reception room. While this opportunity is open to any organization, it is specifically designed to give academic institutions the opportunity to network and gain exposure with current students who will be future alumni and, potentially, faculty. This opportunity combines recognition as a sponsor with a time-limited exhibit of the institution’s materials. Academic institutions wishing to add a standard exhibit table in the coffee break area may do so for an added fee of $600. A complimentary student registration is included with this add-on.
