2024 Annual Meeting News, September 2024

We are just weeks out from the 2024 Annual Meeting in Calgary, AB, Canada. It looks like we will have another record attendance – with more than 450 people registered for the event already. We would love to see you there, and we hope you are planning to attend!

For those who can’t attend due to travel restrictions, we have one virtual workshop option. held on Friday, October 2. Workshops require a separate registration. There is still time to register for workshops. After October 14, the fees will increase.

Save money and register for the Annual Meeting by the October 14 advance registration deadline. After that date, rates will increase.

Live Translation

New this year: ASIS&T will be offering live translation in Annual Meeting sessions. If you're not an English speaker, this will be a great way for you to get the most out of the conference.

Hotel Deadline – October 2

Don’t delay in reserving your hotel room at the Hyatt Regency Calgary at the discounted group rate of 249.00 cn single occupancy per night. The rate is good through October but the hotel is almost fully booked so please book right away! After October 2, rooms at the group rate might not be available.

Meeting App           

We will have a new app this year. Details will be emailed to registrants a few weeks before the meeting. You will be able to create your own agenda, review the program and speakers, and connect with colleagues.
