Video: Webinar on Survey Methods

In this webinar, we invited Lynn Silipigni Connaway and Marie L. Radford to talk about the different steps when conducting a survey. Several questions are discussed:

  • What types of questionnaires exist?
  • What is sampling?
  • What are the advantages and disadvantages of surveys?
  • How should surveys be designed?

Our experts also talk about data analysis tools and methods. Collecting data with a survey is the first step, but the analysis is another important aspect as well.

Furthermore, they explain in which situations or for which purpose a survey could be extended by other methods and when mixed methods (including surveys) are recommended.
