Call for Papers
BOBCATSSS: January 27-29, 2016
Deadline for abstract submission: September 15 2015
BOBCATSSS 2016 explores the main theme of Information, Libraries, and Democracy through several key topics: The Role of Libraries in Democratic Cultures, Intellectual Freedom and Censorship, Libraries, Open Access and Open Data, and Protecting Privacy.
We welcome your contribution! The program includes paper presentations, workshops, poster exhibitions, short presentation sessions and invited keynote speakers. Details about the topics and guidelines are provided in the instructions below.
Types of contributions:
- Papers (8 pages maximum, 20 minutes talk)
- Posters (displayed during the conference, 5 minutes of presentation)
- Workshops (25 to 30 participants, 90 minutes maximum)
- An abstract (300-500 words) for each type of contribution needs to be submitted by the deadline September 15, 2015 via our conference tool.
