Knowlton Hall Tour
Announcement for March 22, 2005 Tour Knowlton
You are invited to attend the CO-ASIS&T program featuring a presentation and tour at the new Library in The Ohio State University’s Knowlton School of Architecture.
Knowlton Hall is the new home for the OSU disciplines of architecture, city and regional planning, and landscape architecture. For the first time in over 30 years, the library collection serving these disciplines is housed in the same building with them. Design architects Mack Scogin and Merrill Elam of Atlanta have described the library as a “two-story, glass-box, book-lined room.” This unique facility also houses the Knowlton School of Architecture Digital Library. Join Jane McMaster, Architecture Librarian and Lorrie McAllister, Visual Resources Curator, who will share information about the building, the design of the library, and how it is meeting the needs of its patrons for both print and digital image resources.
